A quote that makes them say yes

Your menu laid out like a restaurant menu, under your name. You offer two options to compare, you send it by email, and the day the client says yes, it becomes an order.

A wedding, step by step

Here is how a reception travels through Quantara, from the client's request to the review.

Two monthsbefore
The client calls
The date, the venue, the number of guests: the event is created. Another reception on the same day? You see it straight away.

The right people

Staff, based on the guests

Quantara suggests how many people each role needs, based on the reception. You see who is free, who is booked elsewhere or on leave, and the hours go into the staff rota.

  • Suggested roles, which you adjust
  • Who is free, from the staff rota
  • The cost of the staff, carried into the quote
Nothing missing, nothing lost

Equipment, counted

Plates, glasses, tablecloths, chafing dishes: you see what you have, what is already taken by another reception, and what needs hiring. The request goes to the hire company, and on return you note breakages.

  • Your own stock or hire, line by line
  • The request to the hire company, sent by email
  • Do you hire out yourself? Your equipment is invoiced to the client

You give the service time: Quantara works back to loading time. The right vehicle, refrigeration when needed, and the cost of the journey carried into the quote.

  • The departure time, based on the route and the set-up
  • The vehicle and its driver, chosen in one click
  • The loading list, to tick off on departure
What the reception earned

The review of every event

What you invoiced, and what the kitchen, staff, equipment and transport cost you: the real margin of every reception, to price the next one better.
